The Fine Print

Terms & Privacy

Just to keep things clear, safe, and respectful. No fine print games. No surprises.

Disclaimer

Still Dad shares lived experience, practical tools, and honest community support.

It is not legal advice, therapy, or a replacement for a lawyer, counselor, or any licensed professional. Use your own judgment, and talk to the right pros when you need them.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing on this site — including Ask Still Dad — should be taken as legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

If something in your life needs a professional, get one.

Privacy

Still Dad does not sell your data. We don't track you across the internet.

Basic analytics may be used to keep the site running smoothly, but no personal information is collected unless you directly submit it — like a message, story, or membership sign-up. Anything you submit will always be handled with respect.

If you provide your email address to receive a download or newsletter, it will only be used to send you what you asked for and occasional updates from Still Dad. You can unsubscribe at any time, no questions asked.

This site uses cookies as part of standard WordPress functionality. No personal data is stored in cookies beyond what's necessary to keep the site working.

Membership Terms

Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime. No hoops, no hidden fees.

Donated memberships ("covered spots") are given quietly and can be claimed anonymously.

No member gets special status — this isn't a tiered club. Just dads helping dads.

Refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong, reach out.

Community Expectations

Still Dad exists to help dads steady themselves, not tear anyone down.

What you say here stays here. No harassment, no screenshots shared out of context, no politics, no personal attacks.

If someone crosses a line, they're removed. This fire stays warm for everyone.

Content Ownership

All original content on Still Dad is © Justin Lacroix and may not be reproduced without permission. Respect the work. It's here to help.

Changes to These Terms

This page may be updated occasionally. If something significant changes, we'll say so. Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current version.

This space is run by a dad trying to rebuild his own life while helping others rebuild theirs. Be decent. Be honest. Take what helps, leave what doesn't, and keep moving forward.
